About the Movie - A lonely child named John Bennett wish a large teddy bear named Ted to come to life to become his friend as a Christmas gift. He saw a falling star and from that moment ted come to life and talk to him. From that day Ted is always in John's side and became his best friend. Their friendship was tested when John's four years girlfriend Lori wanted to marry him but he needs to find Ted a new apartment and a job on his own.

After leaving the apartment Ted is kidnapped by Donny cause he wants Ted to be a toy of his son. Ted tries to escape but during the chase, Ted was turned into half a fall in to the grounds. When Lori and John arrives, Ted wish that John will be happy with Lori as the magic that gives him life fades away.
